Reschedules & Cancellations:

Haven Salon & Spa understands that things happen and life sometimes gets in the way of scheduled appointments.   We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours of notice, in these circumstances.  Last minute cancellations and/or no shows will leave gaps in our team’s schedule that if not given time cannot be filled by other appointments.  Thank you for considering your stylist’s time, as well as helping us better serve you and your fellow clients.

Cancellations or Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services.  ‘No shows’ will result in limited scheduling abilities for future bookings, as well as a 100% service charge for the missed appointment.

Scheduling services totaling $300+ or reserving 3+ hours requires a $50 deposit.  The deposit will be used toward your services the day of your appointment.  Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will result in the loss of the deposit.  Deposits are non refundable.
